17 walkers including GOC Royalty, our Chair Richard Dorling and 5 dogs braved the autumnal elements at Kingsbridge. The sky was gin clear and a wonderful morning welcomed us to south Devon. We set off along the Promenade and inland and upwards to views across Kingsbridge Estuary and towards Salcombe, Malborough and East Portlemouth. We continued onwards to cross the creek and towards West Charleton, where we were offered water for the dogs and our water bottles at the local parish church. It was then onto Frogmore Creek where we stopped for lunch before climbing through Devon County Roads and even more spectacular views before heading back to our start point. Here we either said our goodbyes or stayed for drinks and Devon Cream Teas.
