The weather forecast was not looking too good for the walk, but we were fortunate as the expected heavy rain did not appear. Soggy in parts, but certainly not the really wet weather we had geared up for.
An interesting walk starting from Ashcott through the surrounding countryside. We caught sight of bluebells in the woods and views of Glastonbury Tor at various points along the way. Following the walk we all headed off to the local pub for drinks and interesting conversation.
Thanks for Duncan and Berkley for leading the walk and to all that attended, especially those who had travelled some distance to be there.
