The Mid-Wales group was reinvigorated in summer of 2024. There will always be a friendly welcome and we hope for a good balance of both women and men to regularly join us.

Walk in a relaxed atmosphere, meeting new friends whilst enjoying the natural beauty of our wonderful countryside and get healthy exercise – just a few of the benefits of walking with us.

We aim to have a full annual programme, mainly on weekends with some weekdays. Each walk will be around 6 to 8 miles, with the level of difficultly for each one clearly described on our event page.

Our walks will cover Ceredigion, Powys and South Gwynedd and take in a wide range of walks including the Wales Coast Path, other national trails, hills and the occasional mountain. We actively encourage members to organise walks, so please do get in contact.

New people are always made welcome – free four month trial membership with the option to cancel before your trial ends, so you can come on a few walks and decide if it is for you.

We recognise it can be daunting to turn up on your first walk without knowing anyone so if you would like to discuss ways we can make that easier for you, please get in touch.
