The Wysis Way is a 55mile, long distance route, from the source of the Thames to the start of the Offas Dyke path near Chepstow.
This demanding 10 mile circular walk incorporates the third stage of the Wysis Way. Starting from Painswick we take a route via Slad and Swifts Hill to Bisley before picking up the Wysis Way back to Bulls Cross near the start.
Expect spectacular views over Stroud towards the Severn and a mix of woodland and field walking.
After ten miles we will have completed five valley crossings and well over 2,000' of combined ascent so the walk requires a reasonable degree of fitness.
