Our Groups are up and running with their activities. From the 1st of May we will no longer require advanced booking for most events. Events may still require advanced booking if it is necessary to place a limit on the number of attendees based on the event's risk assessment, or other factors.
General information
A nine mile moderate walk through glorious Shropshire scenery around the river Severn. We descend to the river bank, then a gradual ascent to the Highley Ridge. Then a long gradual descent through fields and woods; flirting with the steam trains from Bridgnorth and finally back onto the river bank. A mile or so along the bank, and then a climb back to our starting point. Likely to be muddy, also maybe wet vegetation – so waterproof trousers are advised and shorts definitely at your own risk. Some stiles and kissing gates. Dogs welcome.
