We are restarting some events with the easing of lockdown restrictions.
Walks can once again take place in England, Scotland and Wales, and will be run in accordance with local regulations. In most cases our walks will allow for a maximum of 30 participants, although a lower limit may be in place following an event's risk assessment. All walks require every participant to pre-book via the website.
After a successful meal at my favourite Chinese restaurant on 24th August, it’s now time to look forward to our next social on 26th October. It is going to be something a bit different. We’re going to Dad’s Lane Fish and Chip bar in Moseley.
The main choices are the usual fish and chips and three types of meat kebabs with mushy peas or salad. I’ve been recommended the Matzoh meal batter which is lighter and absorbs less oil. See photos for the full menu. It’s not licensed but you can take your own booze. Soft drinks such as Vimto, coke etc as well as tea is available in house. There is a Co-Op convenience store a few hundred yards away where you can buy drinks.
