This is a varied walk on the Kent-Sussex border. It can be very muddy but has many compensations - orchards, wildfowl, peaceful valleys and the site of the last of the operating iron furnaces.
Terrain / Difficulty
There are a few steep slopes on the walk but on the whole it is relatively flat and easy. The walk maybe very muddy, proper boots are advisable especially if there's been recent rain. You may wish to bring a changing of trousers and/or footwear.
