Upper Tawe Valley
A moderate 8.5 mile circular walk in the Upper Tawe Valley, that some may find strenuous. The walk starts with a steep, but manageable ascent onto Craig-y-nos and Cribarth, to a height of about 428 metres, but the climb is rewarded with cracking views across to Black Mountain and the Brecon Beacon ranges. We will then descend down to Abercraf and out along the beautiful Nant Llech Valley to the Henrhyd Falls, the highest waterfalls in South Wales. Our return passes through the Craig y Nos Country Park. The walk will take 5-6 hours to complete.
