General information

Woods, Walls, and Water…

A beautiful 7 mile walk from Whitestone to the Narth, following ancient pathways through bluebell woodlands on the western side of the Wye, with some outstanding views along the way.

This is a moderate walk, with a steep descent down a narrow path with some stone steps fairly early on in the walk, followed soonafter by a couple of steeper climbs up through the forest. We return for the last few miles mainly along forest tracks via Cleddon Falls with some shorter climbs.

Generally, a very dog friendly walk, although there is one stile where larger dogs may need to be lifted over.
