An eight mile circular walk  close to and on the North Gower coast, passing ancient forts, old churches,  a Swiss style rectory,  the site of an abandoned school and walking along a lane with a dubious name.

There will be a few strenuous ascents which will be rewarded with great views over sea, peninsila, estuary and islands.  Opportunity to join the walk later, knocking off a couple of miles and avoiding the longest climb, though there still be some hills to do.

Excellent cafe overlooking salt marsh at the end, with delicious home made cakes and friendly staff.
