Our Groups are up and running with their activities. From the 1st of May we will no longer require advanced booking for most events. Events may still require advanced booking if it is necessary to place a limit on the number of attendees based on the event's risk assessment, or other factors.
General information
An 8 mile walk in Yorkshire led by John in the Upper Washburn Valley over the moors to visit the 17thC unused Rocking Hall and the Rocking Stone, returning via Bramley Head and the woods beside Thruscross Reservoir.
Food & Drink: please bring a packed lunch and something to drink.
Equipment: walking boots, waterproof jacket and trousers, warm clothing. Trekking pole(s) recommended if normally used.

Easy walk along tracks and paths, although quite a long gentle climb.
