Event Details

Restarting Events

Our Groups are up and running with their activities.   While there is generally no fixed maximum number of participants on an event, an event may have a limit in place based on it's risk assessment.   All events still require every participant to pre-book via the website.

General information

This year will we be camping midweek at Dalesbridge Campsite, Austwick between the Yorkshire Dales and the Forrest of Bowland.,

The camp will run from Tuesday to Thursday with the option to extend for a day if we get fine weather.

Please book through to see latest deals and COVID restrictions, Ts and Cs and cancellation policy.

Or if you want to come but are reluctant to use a tent, there may be some PODS  or walkers cabins available to book directly with the campsite.  Here's a link to check out prices and availability.  Make sure you select the correct dates to show all options for 15 - 17 June

Our long walk on the Wednesday will be informally led by Jim and Simon and is twelve mile circular route up Ingleborough. With an altitude of 724m Ingleborough is the second highest of the legendary Yorkshire Three Peaks. This rugged walk will include limestone pavements, caves, becks, Gaping Gill and stunning 360' views from the summit.

On Thursday there will be a circular walk to Stainforth force (shorter  / less hilly walk  - 10 miles / 1200ft)  taking in the Dales Highway and some of the Ribble way.
