A walk from Polstead, one of the prettiest villages in Suffolk, to Boxford, via St Edmunds Way and the Box Valley. Taking woodland paths around Polstead village and the Scotland Hall estate, with its deer park and lakes, the walk continues through the meandering Box Valley to the quaint villages of Stone Street and Boxford for lunch. We return via a shorter, more direct route through Calais Street and Whitestreet Green to Polstead.
Terrain / Difficulty
Mostly good flat paths with some moderate hills.
