A circular walk of about 6 miles starting from Long Melford, Suffolk. The walk follows a suggested route on the National Trust webpage for Melford Hall and runs along good footpaths and bridleways .  Little road walking is involved but great care needs to be taken when crossing the couple of fast main roads on the route.
