We are restarting some events with the easing of lockdown restrictions.
Walks can once again take place in England, Scotland and Wales, and will be run in accordance with local regulations. In most cases our walks will allow for a maximum of 30 participants, although a lower limit may be in place following an event's risk assessment. All walks require every participant to pre-book via the website.
I regret that as someone in the high risk group, due to age, I cannot responsibly lead this walk and so have reluctantly cancelled it.
This is an 8 mile walk, visiting the highest hill in the north Peak District - Black Hill. The walk is moderately strenuous, with around 1000 feet of ascent, although the gradient is really nice and steady, and there are many great views. Black Hill is just under 2000 feet high, so if the weather on the day is too bad for this, there will be an easier, lower level route as a Plan B.
