We are restarting some events with the easing of lockdown restrictions.
Currenly walks in England can take place. Walks in Scotland may take place with a maximum of 15 participants, but all participants (and walks) must stay within their own local authority area. Walks in Wales will restart from the 26th of April, with a maximum of 30 participants.
Fairly easy walk of about 4 miles around Hebden Bridge with about 700ft in total of ascent and descent.
This is the walk Bernard planned to lead if he had been well enough, and we have decided to keep it in the programme to give us chance to celebrate Bernard's life.
Due to the Covid restrictions which are likely to still be in place, we will not be able to organise the visit to a pub after the walk, unlike Bernard always organised in previous years. If individuals on the walk decide to visit a pub afterwards in a private capacity, they would of course need to comply with any general Covid rules and guidelines in place at the time.
Terrain / Difficulty
Up and down - a bit steep in parts.
