Coronavirus / Covid-19

Following recent changes in government advice regarding Covid-19 to avoid all non-essential travel and maintain social distancing, all walks and other activities are cancelled until the end of April.

We will continue to review the situation with regard to events beyond April.  Further information can be found here, and will be udpated in due course.

General information

A 9 mile circular  walk, the route goes via
Sandhills, Brook, Witley village and Hydon's Ball, which was one of the very
first properties acquired by the National Trust.  There are only short steep sections but
the whole walk is quite up and down. In compensation there are many and varied views. There are particularly good views from Hydon's Ball. After rain there can be some muddy parts, not too long but you will need boots.

Please bring a packed lunch and something to sit on.  At the end of the walk we will have tea and cakes, so please bring along your
culinary delights.
