A beautiful walk through the extensive Delamere Forest taking in Blakemere Moss lake,  Black Lake and a short climb up to the top of Old Pale Heights where, on a clear day, there are great views into 8 different counties.  There is no livestock on the paths so it's a good walk for bringing a dog (well behaved and under the owner's control at all times).  We will probably visit a local pub after the walk.
