This walk will begin from outside Dawlish Railway station. From there we will walk and see the excellent new Dawlish sea wall and continue onward along the wall past Coastguard Cottages through to Dawlish Warren  (Please be aware that high tide at Dawlish is at 11am on that day so we may need to either wave dodge or if stormy walk along the top road as the waves crash into the walls at high tides) .

We will have a coffee stop at Teign Bean Cafe and continue into Dawlish Warren with its array of caravan parks. We then turn north along a path at takes us to the Exeter Road. Once crossed we join Secmaton Lane, which leads us to the back of the town .

We will then turn north up the hill and a footpath onto high ground with fine views of countryside and views of the coastline  finally joining Badlake Hill down into Dawlish returning to the centre for another Coffee stop!

NOTE - A few of the paths can be muddy after rain , so  good footwear is suggested.
