Coronavirus / Covid-19
Following recent changes in government advice regarding Covid-19 to avoid all non-essential travel and maintain social distancing, all walks and other activities are cancelled until further notice.
We will continue to review the situation in line with guidance issued by the government. Further information can be found here, and will be udpated in due course.
This undulating 6 mile circular walk takes us to the outskirts of Combe Hay, up to Upper Twinhoe and then down to the Somerset Coal Canal and on to Midford. We return via Southstoke for a refreshment stop at the 400 year old Packhorse Inn which has been bought, rescued and restored by the local community.
Dogs on leads please as we pass through fields of livestock and horses.
Bring a picnic lunch and something to drink.
