We are restarting some events with the easing of lockdown restrictions.
Walks can once again take place in England, Scotland and Wales, and will be run in accordance with local regulations. In most cases our walks will allow for a maximum of 30 participants, although a lower limit may be in place following an event's risk assessment. All walks require every participant to pre-book via the website.
An 8 mile walk in North Oxfordshire, taking in the villages of Broughton, Tadmarton, Swalcliffe Lea and Shutford.
A mixture of field paths, bridleways, and an old Roman road. Not quite in the Cotswolds, but just as good.
We will stop for our picnic lunch in Shutford, where the George & Dragon is expected to be open for refreshments and use of facilities.
If you are an AOG walk leader, or happy to help out at the AOG in anyway, there will be a short planning meeting in Mark's garden after the walk.
Dogs are welcome if kept on leads when livestock is present.
Terrain / Difficulty
A fairly easy walk, a few undulations but no steep hills.
