Bronwydd and the Gwili Valley, near Carmarthen
This is a 7 mile approx. moderately difficult walk, which may be muddy in places and a stream to cross, Nant Hir, so walking boots will be required.
A walking pole would be useful for steep descents.
This is a varied walk through open fields, wooded alleys and some road walking, giving
excellent views over Carmarthen, the Gwili Valley and towards The Black Mountains.
