From the starting point the walk heads up the Truro River to Trafalgar roundabout where one will see the giant Hedgehogs which are locally quite well known. From the Trafalgar Roundabout it's along the River Allen towards the hamlet of Idless and into Idless woods. A suitable place to stop for lunch will be found along the route.

After leaving Idless woods it will be back to the starting point via a circular route using mostly country lanes, passing Daubuz Moor and stopping at Adams partners house for snacks and light refreshments along the way.
