We are restarting some events with the easing of lockdown restrictions.
Currenly walks in England can take place. Walks in Scotland may take place with a maximum of 15 participants, but all participants (and walks) must stay within their own local authority area. Walks in Wales will restart from the 26th of April, with a maximum of 30 participants.
This is a circukar country walk of approximately 5.5 miles.
From the meeting point, the walk begins by accessing the immediate footpath and heading downhill towards farmland in the direction of Tolborough Tor.
Passing the side of Tolborough Tor, one goes in the direction of Catshole Tor climbing up to enjoy a westerly view. Immediately after this, one heads down towards the Springs to the Fowey before heading North along the bottom of the Tor.
A suitable lunch stop will be in this area.
Returning back to the starting point will be along a slightly easier path just a little North of Catshole Tor.
Terrain / Difficulty
Some wet areas and rough paths on route. Suitable footwear is important.
