This 7 mile circular route climbs steeply from Ton Pentre to Cwm Cesig, taking in views across the Rhondda, and then climbs to Mynydd William Meyrick (520 metres high) and then on to Bwlch yr Clawdd, with astounding views from the ridge in every direction.
Waterproof walking gear, lunch and fluids are essential. 10.30 am start.
