Explore the area where London lesbians and gays came to support the mining community of Onllwyn during the miners strike in 1984/5.

See actual locations where "Pride" was filmed. Not seen the film? We recommend you do.

We can go behind Henrhyd, the highest waterfall in South Wales and walk on a Roman road beside the sites of the fort and camp.

St Patrick is said to have been born here.

The terrain includes a steep descent to waterfall, and uphill on the Roman road. Otherwise a fairly level route on moorland, fields, tarmac lanes and stony tracks. Can be muddy in places and there are several stiles.
