An 8-9 mile walk through the rising farm land north of the Downs, followed by a steep climb up to the South Downs Way giving great views to the north, over the Weald and towards Brighton to the south. Then heading back down towards Ditchling, taking in a few local sites on the way. This walk is mainly on well maintained bridleways, footpaths and farm roads.

Dogs are welcome if kept on leads near livestock, on roads or if requested by the walk leader.
